I hired NAI Global Wireless in 2020 to assist with a relocation of a T-Mobile site.

We redeveloped the property and needed to relocate their equipment from inside the church steeple to a stealth tower. David and Amber assisted with coordinating the relocation with T-Mobile. We decided we wanted to sell the tower once it was broadcasting. NAI Global Wireless bid out the site and was able to get the best value for the lease.

In 2019, NAI Global Wireless assisted Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District in regard to a lease agreement with Global Signal Partners, (Crown Castle). David and Amber were able to obtain above market terms and made sure the lease was in the best interest of the District.

We were so pleased with the outcome we have hired them again to complete an American Tower amendment. This deal has been more complicated but David has been able to push their rep and have all parties come to agreeable terms and conditions we’re all happy with.
