  1. When will we get 5G in our area?

    The 5G rollout is beginning in the major metro areas and then will proceed to the smaller and rural markets. This rollout will take approximately 3-4 years due to the lack of manpower and the entitlement process in each area.

    If you currently have a lease, your main concern should be the use clause. The use clause isn’t structured to address this new technology and our team can leverage your tenant by amending the lease and creating a pay point for you.   2. I have three acres of land that would be perfect for a cell tower! How do I get a tower on my property?

    This is the million dollar question. Carriers have a group of radio frequency engineers that focus on “need”. They then hire a 3rd party consultant to research the area in need of coverage. That consultant handles architectural, engineering, entitlements and leases.

    Essentially, they find you. If you are contacted by a carrier, please call us! Our team makes sure you receive fair market terms and conditions.

  3. Can I get another carrier? I already have “T-Mobile”.

    The answer for the previous question applies to this as well. They find you.

  4. I received an offer for $$$$, can you beat that?

    Our team takes your asset to market to the 13 known buyers to get you the best deal possible. Once a buyer is chosen, we coordinate all due diligence from start to finish. Our team is only paid if the transaction closes. We have seen many landlords convert a personal property asset to a brick and mortar asset they can control. We have NAI offices across the US and can put you into contact with a broker in your market that can assist in a brick and mortar transaction.
